Minutes of ProSayulita Board Meeting Feb. 15, 2018
Present: Jack, Laura, Janet, Billie, Cap. Charlie, Barry, Damien, Oswaldo, and Carol
Motion – to reaffirm the ProSayulita Infrastructure plan to not connect until there is a change to the operator/manager of the plant. Motion passed.
Oswaldo was asking about his position – whether he is an employee or on contract. Janet and Charlie will ask Mauricio of the advantages for him in either position and also the costs involved.
He reported that Santos gave us a promise to rent the Proteccion Civil office to Pro Sayulita for 5 years. He will check to see if Santos will give us a written contract for 5 years with a locked-in rate.
Professional fundraiser – a proposal has been received from Maya Cuevas. Janet will approach Nicki who works for Costa Verde to see if she is available after their fundraiser on Feb. 20.
